Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Service
Connecto provides managed workflow automation, app integration, AI-assisted workflow, monitoring, and dashboard services. Connecto is not a self-serve workflow builder. Workflows are scoped, configured, built, and operated according to an agreed implementation plan or written proposal.
These Terms apply to use of the Connecto website, dashboard, onboarding flows, integrations, workflow runtime, and related services.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate onboarding information, approving workflow requirements, connecting the correct third-party accounts, granting appropriate permissions, maintaining access to their own tools, and ensuring that their use of Connecto complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required consent from their own users, leads, customers, employees, vendors, or message recipients before workflows send emails, messages, notifications, or updates on their behalf.
Third-party services
Connecto may access third-party applications only when a customer authorizes the connection and only for the workflows, dashboards, or support activities requested by the customer.
Third-party services such as Google, Slack, HubSpot, Shopify, Meta, WhatsApp, and other providers are not controlled by Connecto. Their availability, permissions, rate limits, approval processes, pricing, and terms may affect workflow behavior.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use Connecto to violate laws, third-party terms, privacy rights, platform policies, anti-spam rules, messaging consent requirements, intellectual property rights, or security controls.
Customers may not attempt to bypass authentication, access another customer account, interfere with Connecto infrastructure, scrape the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, or use workflows to send abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized messages.
Workflow behavior
Workflows can fail because of invalid credentials, revoked access, rate limits, provider downtime, malformed data, changed third-party APIs, missing customer configuration, business rule changes, or other conditions outside Connecto control.
Connecto may provide logs, dashboards, alerts, retries, and monitoring to help identify and resolve issues, but customers remain responsible for reviewing important workflow outcomes and business decisions.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features may be used for tasks such as summarization, classification, drafting, extraction, prioritization, and routing. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed where the workflow affects important customer, financial, legal, medical, employment, or operational decisions.
Connecto does not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, appropriate for every use case, or compliant with every customer-specific policy unless the workflow scope expressly includes those controls.
Scope and billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each implementation is scoped around the workflow, integrations, dashboard metrics, and support terms described in the applicable proposal or statement of work.
Fees, billing frequency, included maintenance, and additional work are handled through the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Intellectual property
Connecto and its licensors own the Connecto platform, dashboard, implementation patterns, workflow SDKs, code, templates, documentation, and related intellectual property.
Customers retain ownership of their business data. Customers grant Connecto the rights needed to process that data only to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested service.
Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connecto is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Connecto does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free workflows, specific business results, or permanent availability of third-party integrations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connecto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the service according to the applicable written agreement. Customers can request disconnection of integrations and deletion of stored customer data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
Connecto may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, Connecto will update this page and take additional steps where required.
